My Journey Book

Every newly diagnosed family receives a Children’s Cancer Connection My Journey Book^® from health staff customized to their respective hospital (Blank Children’s Hospital or University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital). This binder serves as a place to organize treatment information and take notes. It also includes resource information from the Children’s Oncology Group and CCC program details. This helpful tool is also available online!
