The 2025 Children’s Cancer Connection’s Exploration Expedition is set to depart again this spring! Teens ages 13 through graduating seniors can explore the Des Moines area of central Iowa with a group of CCC friends April 4-6, 2025.
Sign up will open on February 1 and close on March 14.
Meals, lodging, and activities will be provided free of charge.
