Youth Art Workshop

The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden is hosting a Youth Art Workshop specifically for CCC youth! There are no age restrictions.
This workshop is part of the Community Mural Project in which youth create art with a local Des Moines artist. Each art piece will be combined with others to make one big cohesive mural that will be on display at the Botanical Center. Each child’s individual art piece will also be printed and put on display as well.
Families who participate in this workshop will be invited back to the Botanical Center on April 22, 2023 during the Garden’s Earth Day celebration in which the mural will be unveiled.
