Adventures matter, and the ability to get away and hit the road can mean a celebration or turning point in a child’s course of cancer treatment. To support families battling childhood cancer, the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation offers “A Special Adventure” in partnership with Children’s Cancer Connection as a way to provide families access to an all-Iowa weekend getaway

There are only a few spots left open! The Children’s Cancer Connection will shuttle teens to the Dubuque area. Activities will include touring the Field of Dreams baseball field, the 4th Street Elevator and the National Mississippi River Museum. The dates are April 10-12.
