DESCRIPTION:  \n\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\nThe Des Moines Concours d’Elegance™ is a premier automotive exhibition held at the internationally recognized John and Mary Pappajohn Sculpture Park in downtown Des Moines. The Concours presents an exhibition of 11 classes of vintage and classic motor vehicles. Children’s Cancer Connection is the official charity partner! The 2025 Concours will be held on Sunday\, September 7th. \nThe event is FREE to the public; however\, FREE WILL donations may be made and are encouraged to help Concours cover costs. Proceeds after expenses will benefit Children’s Cancer Connection. But wait – there’s more: \n\nExhibit of more than 100 cars\nMidway featuring food\, merchandise and service vendors\nA radio-controlled car racetrack\, photo booth and more for the entire family!\nCar Clubs from Des Moines area showcasing cars from members (west of 16th Street on Grand)\n\nHere’s the schedule of events: \n\n10 a.m. – Open\n2:45 p.m. – Star Car Presentations\n3 p.m. – Grand Awards Presentation: Join us at 13th and Grand for the presentation of Class Winners and Best of Show\n4 p.m. Roar at 4 – Listen as cars fire up their engines to leave the show field. Have your camera ready!\n\nCCC youth are needed to be judges! Email abby@ccciowa.org if interested. \nVolunteers are also needed on Saturday and Sunday. Please check back for more information about volunteer needs!
